The Brewery is running

After many months of painful construction and  beuraucratic red tape the brewery is working and Franz is beginning to brew today.  Barring any unforseen disasters, the first batch of Fischer's Hefeweizen should be ready soon. 

Be sure to stop by and try some of the wide variety of guest beers until Franz' beers are ready.

Our focus to date has been on getting the restaurant operations running smoothly – we’re making progress, but we still have a ways to go.  We’ve “tweaked” the menu a little to give our guests the best dining experience we can.  And we do appreciate the feedback many of you have given us on the Customer Comment Cards – it’s really helpful to know what you like best about us, and where we can do a little better.  So please continue to tell us how we’re doing - we want to earn your repeat business!

Brewery Status:  You might have guessed from our name that we will brew our own beers – both ales and lagers.  We had hoped to be serving our own brews by now, but the process of setting up the brewery has taken a little longer than we had hoped. 

So, while we hope you’ve enjoyed our selection of international and domestic craft beers we now have on tap, you can expect to experience the fruits of Owner/Brewmaster Franz Rothschadl’s brewing skills in a few weeks.
